We are excited to bring our highly curated range of local and internationally sourced food and drink to the fabulous neighborhood of Cobble Hill. We have created a unique space which separates to-stay and to-go, with a tavern at the back and cheese and provisions store at the front. Come and lounge in the modern style tavern and backyard where we will serve a great range of cheese boards, fondue, raclette, paninis, crostinis and oysters to name a few. Pair with a wide selection of wine and craft beer on tap. Grab your favorite treats and provisions on the way out, from luxury essentials, cheeses cut to order, paninis and salads to great coffee and craft beer. Both sections will be open all day.

Bee’s Knees Provisions brings the vision of Brooklyn local Taj Singh to life (owner of the popular craft cocktail bar and restaurant, The Castello Plan in Ditmas Park). He wanted to honor the legacy of Stinky’s cheese store, previously in the same location, adding to the experience with a bar and table service. He gut renovated the space with hand-picked concepts, aesthetics and design to create a curated provisions store and modern hotel-lobby-like feel bar.
